I am an experienced counsellor and psychotherapist based in London.

I am deeply committed to helping people understand themselves, find meaning and live better lives, and believe that therapy is most impactful when it is based on mutual trust, respect and openness to growth.

While my training is psychodynamic, I actively integrate key ideas from neuropsychoanalytic, relational and existential therapeutic approaches into my work. If you would like to know more about what this means in practice, please ask me when we meet.

I'm a registered member of the BPC (Registration number 22323) and a Clinical Fellow of The Neuropsychoanalysis Association. I work according to the BPC Ethical Framework.

I hold an MSc in Psychodynamic Counselling & Psychotherapy from Birkbeck College, University of London.

My consulting rooms are at 32-38 Scrutton Street, EC2A 4RQ close to Liverpool Street, Shoreditch, Dalston, Hackney, Bethnal Green, Hoxton, Old Street, Farringdon, Barbican, Moorgate, Angel and the City of London, as well as clients in east London or the wider London area.

If you would like to explore how psychotherapy could help you, please get in touch for an initial conversation.
