I am an experienced psychodynamic counsellor and therapist based in London.
I am deeply committed to helping people understand themselves, find meaning and live better lives.
I believe that therapy is most impactful when it is based on mutual trust, respect and openness to growth.
While my training is psychodynamic, I actively integrate key ideas from existential, relational and neuro-psychoanalytic therapeutic approaches into my work. If you would like to know more about what this means in practice, please ask me when we meet.
I'm a registered member of the BACP (Certificate Number 268783) and work according to the BACP Ethical Framework.
I hold an MSc in Psychodynamic Counselling & Psychotherapy from Birkbeck College, University of London.
I have written several papers on the theory and practice of psychotherapy, which you can read here.
If you would like to explore how psychotherapy could help you, please get in touch for an initial conversation.
My consulting room is at Stillpoint Space, 23 Clerkenwell Close, London, EC1R 0AA, close to Farringdon, Barbican, Chancery Lane, Old Street and Angel.
